Tarta de berenjenas


Para la masa derretir la manteca en un bowl. Luego agregar los ingredientes sólidos mezclados y unirlos con la manteca. Agregar los huevos y amasar hasta que quede una pieza. Estirar en un molde para horno (de 30 cm aproximadamente).

Para el relleno saltear en una sartén la cebolla y el ajo, luego agregar la berenjena (cortada en cubos), y por último el tomate. Colocar el relleno en un bowl y agregar los huevos, la crema y el queso. Condimentar a gusto. Colocar sobre la masa y cubrir con queso de rallar. Cocinar a horno medio durante 20 minutos.

Ingredientes para la masa:

• 190 gr de premezcla
• 50 gr de malta de mijo tostada molida Ovunque
• 75 gr de manteca
• 2 huevos
• 1 pizca de sal

Ingredientes para el relleno:

• 2 berenjenas grandes
• 1 cebolla grande
• 2 tomates
• 1 diente de ajo
• 100 gr de queso cremoso
• 3 huevos
• ¼ taza de crema de leche
• Sal y pimienta.
• Queso de rallar (opcional)
